State v. P.O. (2016):  Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Client found Not Guilty after trial.

 

State v. E.R. (2015):  Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Negotiated plea to Failure to Report an Accident.  Leaving the scene of an accident carries a mandatory 6-month license suspension.  By negotiating this plea deal, our client’s license was not suspended.

 

State v. R.D. (2015):  Speeding (103 MPH)

We filed a motion for discovery related to the radar device used to obtain the speed of our client’s vehicle.  The State was unable to produce the required documentation.  In New Jersey, a speeding ticket with a speed of over 100 mph is automatic license suspension.  We negotiated a plea whereby our client’s license was not suspended.

 

State v. P.G. (2014):  Speeding (95 MPH)

We filed a motion for discovery related to the radar device used to obtain the speed of our client’s vehicle.  The State was unable to produce the required documentation.  Normally, a speeding ticket with a speed of over 90 mph is automatic license suspension.  We negotiated a plea whereby our client’s license was not suspended.

 

State v. B.R. (2014):  Speeding (96 MPH)
