Mirigliano, a dynamic litigation attorney, has successfully represented clients in matters involving criminal defense, domestic disputes, and complex civil litigation, both in New York and New Jersey. Before joining Schiller McMahon, Mr. Mirigliano began his career working alongside one of the most widely-respected criminal defense/civil rights attorneys in the State of New Jersey. Throughout that time, Mr. Mirigliano represented individuals charged with crimes ranging from serious felonies to misdemeanors, and successfully litigated those matters resulting in favorable plea deals, acquittals or outright dismissals. His vast caseload and a broad spectrum of cases allowed Mr. Mirigliano to gain prodigious knowledge in the practice of criminal law. Mr. Mirigliano was also able to polish his skills working on the defense of many high profile clients in both state and federal court. These unparalleled experiences exposed Mr. Mirigliano to the public relations side of the criminal law practice – a subject not covered in law school.
