New Jersey Discrimination Attorneys

In this day and age, it’s shocking how often employees are mistreated by their employers. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) reported that it received 99,412 private sector workplace discrimination charges during fiscal year 2018 – this is not including the number of separate lawsuits filed in state courts or the internal acts of discrimination not reported to the EEOC.

Every day, scared workers are too afraid to stand up for their legal right to a fair and equal working environment. At Schiller McMahon, we want to put an end to discrimination in the workplace. Our New Jersey discrimination lawyers are passionate about providing safe workplaces for New Jersey workers.

You may wonder when it is appropriate to involve a discrimination attorney. If you have a successful lawsuit or charge to the EEOC, you may receive compensation for lost wages, emotional distress, attorneys’ fees, and punitive damages.

I have worked with both Josh McMahon & Brian Schiller and they are both amazing. As a client I am not looking for someone to sugarcoat anything but I want a Pitbull that will get results.

Brian Schiller represented me on a misdemeanor assault case. I found myself in a position which I never thought I'd be in. I was scared that my whole life would be derailed by an incident which happened so fast. Brian remained calm and professional through the process, which helped me to relax and feel assured. After a number of appearances in court, Brian's persistence paid off and my case was thrown out.
