N.J. appeals court throws out DUI defense argument that he wasn’t read a warning

A New Jersey man’s appeal of a drunken-driving conviction based on a technical argument over whether a particular warning was given by a police officer was thrown out by a state appellate court last week.
In so doing, a defense tactic employed by specialized DUI lawyers is now completely invalid, experts said.
